What are your qualifications?
I'm thrilled you asked! I have been working as an administrative professional for over a decade. I have a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and have worked with numerous healthcare personnel, business professionals, and even senior level executive leadership. Check out my resume!
Do I need to meet you in person?
While I would absolutely love to meet all of my clients in person, it is completely unnecessary! That is just one of the many benefits of having a virtual assistant. You get to go about your day, knowing you have the knowledge and experience of Virgo Virtuoso to get the job done so you don't have to!
Do you work nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes, yes & yes! In fact, I prefer it! My goal is to be as flexible as possible to accommodate the individual needs of my clients. I am also willing to work most holidays as needed, but availability is very limited. I do ask that all clients requesting holiday hours do so at least three (3) months in advance of the holiday being requested.
What are your virtual office hours?
My official office hours are:
Monday - Friday 5:30PM - 10:00PM Mountain Standard Time
Saturday 10:00AM - 10:00PM Mountain Standard Time
Sunday 10:00AM - 6:00PM Mountain Standard Time
Please note I do work in multiple time zones to accommodate my clients.
Do you do this full time?
No, I do not do this full time. I am the only Virgo Virtuoso Professional Assistant, so when you work with us you work with me! I am also working full-time Monday through Friday as a Business Office Manager for an ambulatory surgery center.
